Forming New Habits
Bad habits form when we are not in harmony with our intrinsic nature. The root of discontent is burrowed in poor lifestyle choices, and the seeds of happiness are germinating in healthy activities that nurture our well-being. If we are harboring some poor habits, we can be mindful of what we are doing, how this particular act may be harming us, and the many alternatives there are to replace this habit with something new.
Your SoulSpire coach will help you identify your bad habits, and form new habits that are empowering. Some common poor habits include: drinking alcohol and/or coffee; ingesting animal products, fast food, and anything processed; taking pills of any sort; playing video games; smoking cigarettes; using illicit drugs; watching television; working a job you do not enjoy; and not taking care of yourself. Our goal is to help you find replacements and repeat them daily until they are formed into habit.
